QSAP reports 400 Afghan students placed at more than 60 colleges and universities in 6 countries — United States, Albania, Canada, Germany, Qatar and United Kingdom — and publishes qsap@iie.org as its contact address for placement questions.
The Afghan Future Fund, launched in 2022, reports about 500 QSAP placements with gender parity across those same 6 countries, which is how the program's reach can be checked independently of any single university page.
America's Allies Scholarship Program launched in 2025 for holders of Special Immigrant Visas, and University of the People offers tuition-free online degrees with next terms starting 12 November 2026 and 28 January 2027.

Reference routes carry the status published on the U.S. Embassy Kabul page: the fully funded Fulbright master's route covers up to 2 years of graduate study with a tuition grant plus a monthly living stipend, and the AUCA Bishkek scholarship covers 1 roundtrip flight per academic year, tuition, basic medical care and a housing-and-meal stipend for all 4 undergraduate years plus a 1-year preparatory academy.
The same page lists the Al Akhawayn University Morocco scholarship, funding full tuition, room, board and transport for up to 10 Afghan high-school graduates through graduation, while several other routes there are marked CLOSED.
